Job Description

We are looking for a performance-driven Paid Media Buyer to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns for our e-commerce business. The role focuses on driving traffic, conversions, and revenue through data-backed media buying and continuous optimization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other performance channels
  • Manage daily ad budgets with a strong focus on ROAS, CPA, and CAC
  • Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimization
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies
  • Perform A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing pages
  • Monitor performance and share insights through regular reports
  • Stay updated with platform changes and industry best practices


Requirements:

  • 2–4+ years of experience in paid media buying (e-commerce preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Understanding of e-commerce funnels and conversion tracking
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, GTM, Shopify/WooCommerce
