Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Media and Communications Manager to lead and oversee all facets of internal and external communication, media production, social engagement, and content development for our every-growing sports manufacturing business. This role will involve managing a cross-functional team, driving impactful storytelling across platforms, and ensuring brand coherence across all touchpoints — with a strong focus on execution, creativity, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Media Execution

  • Oversee content creation for product launches, campaigns, catalogues, newsletters, and digital platforms.
  • Lead ideation and planning for social media content, influencer collaborations, and customer engagement.
  • Develop engaging narratives for newsletters, country updates, and sponsorship communication.

2. Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Activate and manage all social media channels with clear goals: engagement, brand awareness, sales conversion.
  • Supervise content calendars, campaign rollouts, creative storytelling, and post scheduling.
  • Explore and implement social trends, new features, and platform-specific strategies (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

3. Sponsorship & Stakeholder Communication

  • Design marketing and sponsorship materials for players, teams, coaches, academies, and events.
  • Curate welcome packages and onboarding communication for distributors, partners, and sponsored entities.
  • Plan and execute monthly, half-yearly, and yearly check-in communications with sponsored stakeholders.

4. Creative & Design Oversight

  • Ensure consistency in visual identity across event graphics, packaging, video ads, clothing customization, and merchandise.
  • Maintain and update clothing and logo placement guidelines, ensuring compliance with sponsorship and event requirements.
  • Lead creation of catalogues, banners, octanorm/canopies, and other event-related marketing material.

5. Project Management

  • Manage a media team—conduct daily meetings, approve content, schedule tasks, and ensure deadline adherence.
  • Track timelines for catalogues, websites, ad campaigns, and media-related launches.
  • Set and monitor creative goals tied to sales, brand visibility, and customer education.

6. Communication Systems & Workflow

  • Streamline communication between internal teams and external clients for all media requests.
  • Maintain dashboards, task trackers, project timelines, and content repositories.
  • Organize contact databases, update media assets, and ensure up-to-date documentation of all public-facing material.

7. Events & E-Commerce Media

  • Plan and oversee media capture and brand storytelling at events.
  • Improve e-commerce listings through better product representation and visual design.

Experience and Skills

  • 4-5 years of proven experience in media, brand communication, content marketing, or digital strategy.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and deadlines.
  • Understanding of creative design processes and ability to collaborate with graphic/video teams.
  • Clear and confident communicator, comfortable handling B2B and B2C communications.

Preference

  • Prior experience in the sports industry or consumer product brands.
  • A flair for storytelling and an eye for brand aesthetics.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Exposure to international marketing or sponsorship activation is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Partapur, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
