Mechanical Manager

The responsibilities for this position include coordinating internal resources and third-party contractors to ensure the flawless execution of projects. You will be responsible for delivering all projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Assisting in defining project scope and objectives, involving relevant internal stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility will be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you will need to ensure resource availability and allocation while developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Managing changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques, as well as measuring performance using project management tools, will also be part of your responsibilities. Reporting to management as necessary, managing client and stakeholder relationships, and performing risk management to minimize potential risks are also key aspects of this role. Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, delegating project tasks based on team members" strengths, and tracking project performance to analyze successful goal completion are essential duties. Meeting budgetary objectives, adjusting project constraints based on financial analysis, developing leadership skills, and documenting project needs through spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps are also expected. Qualifications for this position include a BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 15-18 years of experience in projects.,
