Maintenance Manager - Mechanical EJAG Foods Pvt. Ltd. Location Kheda, Nadiad & Aslali Experience Minimum 3 Years CTC : 10 to 13 LPA Role Purpose To ensure smooth functioning of all mechanical systems, equipment, and machinery in the factory through effective maintenance planning, execution, and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and oversee mechanical maintenance activities to minimize downtime. Ensure availability and reliability of critical equipment. Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Coordinate with production teams for smooth operations. Ensure safety compliance and proper documentation. Manage spare parts inventory and vendor coordination. Train and guide maintenance team members. Monitor and analyze equipment performance. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial equipment. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Google Sheets for maintenance reporting. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Good communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methods. Fluency in Gujarati is essential. Education & Experience Bachelors/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
