Together, we enable our customers to produce the materials needed for a better future.DepartmentYou will be part of the CA&I Field services team.RoleYour primary role is to Lead & handle complete Installation, Erection and troubleshooting activities individually or as a team depending upon the size of the project, supplied to mining industries across the Globe for the following products.Thickening & Filtration (Thickener, Automatic Filter Press, Disc/Drum Filter, Pneumapress, Clarifier),Milling & Grinding (AG Mill, Ball Mill, Rod Mill, Rotary Scrubber, SAG Mill, HPGR),Crushing and Feeding (Cone Crusher, Gyratory Crusher, Jaw Crusher, Roller Crusher, Eccentric Roll Crusher, Hammer crusher, Apron Feeder, Belt Feeder, Hopper Feeder, Fuller Circular Motion Screen),Separation (Classifier, Column Cells, Reflux Flotation Cell),Sizers, Screens & Centrifuges (Decanter, Vibrating Screens, ABON Sizer, Roller Screen, Chain Feeder, Buffalo Sizer, Vibrating Feeder),Pyro (Cooler, Dryers, Burner, Kiln)Pumps, Cyclones and ValvesYour responsibilitiesInstallation, erection, support Commissioning and troubleshootingErection supervision of mining equipments/systems/productsObtain Mechanical Completion Certificate from CustomerSupport in Group trials with Interlocks, Load trials and Hot CommissioningSupport in pre-commissioning, commissioning & PG TestPerform technical evaluations and analyses equipment component failuresQuickly response to the customers on equipment troubleshootingTraveling to domestic and global site for erection Services/AMCs/Site Audits.Technical support for sales teamEnsuring Equipment and Personal Safety in all aspects.Coordination with various agencies like Customer/ Consultant/ Contractor/HO and other stakeholders.Responsible for site documentation - Project schedule, Site reports, learning reports, Protocols, Punch lists, Checklists, knowledge sharing with team members and deposit in Report repository.Reports the work progress in relation to quality standards.Identify business opportunities, prompt the service solution to customer by closely working with sales teamWhat you bringWe Are Looking For a Mechanical Engineer Who Can Plan And Execute Installation & Erection Activities For Various Projects. The Ideal Candidate Should HaveHands-on experience in preparing installation & erection plans and sequence of erection.Through knowledge of lifting planMaintain proper work arrangement, flow of materials, manpower and ensure that tasks are completed as scheduled.Excellent knowledge of using Microsoft Project.Sound knowledge in drawing & IOM interpretations of the same.Knowledge in Plant start up, Operation and Maintenance.Fair knowledge in Measuring methods and Process Calculations to balance Heat, Mass, Flow, water, etc.Knowledge of MS Office and PowerPoint to create reports and presentations.Willingness to travel extensively to different project sites.Innovation and decisiveness in problem-solving.Should be self-motivated with positive attitude.Should be a team player with good command in English.Delivering Results and meeting customer Expectations is the key.Education QualificationBachelor’s Engineer degree in from a reputed university, Specializing in Mechanical.
Experience
