Mechanical Foreman

Job Description: You will be responsible for team leadership and management by supervising, training, and directing a team of mechanics. You will schedule their daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow. Additionally, you will oversee mechanical project activities from installation to maintenance and repair, ensuring work is completed on time and to specifications. Your role will involve inspecting equipment, managing the use of materials, and maintaining records of repairs, parts used, and equipment inventories. You will be expected to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment and technical knowledge. As a key communicator, you will act as a liaison between the crew and management, conveying project progress, costs, and issues effectively.
