Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and engineering of HVAC and PHE-Fire Fighting systems for complex, large-scale projects.
• Develop and review design concepts, drawings, technical specifications, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with relevant international and national codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Provide strategic input in project planning, cost estimation, and value engineering.
• Coordinate with architects, structural, electrical, and other engineering disciplines for integrated design solutions.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers and design teams to enhance technical excellence.
• Review and approve vendor designs, material submissions, and shop drawings.
• Support project execution with site coordination and technical issue resolution.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 20+ years of proven experience in HVAC and PHE-Fire Fighting system design.
• Expertise in international and national projects across multiple sectors (Commercial, Retail, Data Centres, Airports, Residential, Infrastructure).
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, Elite, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and client coordination abilities.
  

Preferred Experience

• Experience with sustainable design, energy-efficient systems, and green building standards.
• Exposure to BIM processes and advanced project delivery methodologies.
