Hocco ice cream is hiring Job Title: Mechanical Engineer Location: Bavla, Ahmedabad Gujarat Job Responsibilities: We are looking for Mechanical Engineer to support the design, installation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of mechanical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and hands-on experience in industrial plant environments. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement mechanical systems and equipment for production processes. Supervise installation, commissioning, and testing of mechanical machinery and systems. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime. Monitor and improve mechanical processes to ensure optimal efficiency and safety. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements and technical upgrades. Prepare detailed documentation including technical reports, SOPs, and equipment manuals. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Support project planning, budgeting, and procurement related to mechanical infrastructure. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). 3–5 years of relevant experience in industrial or manufacturing setup. Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design software. Familiar with preventive and predictive maintenance practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
