Mechanical Engineer (Fresher)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Mechanical Engineer to join our project site team. The role involves assisting in the supervision and coordination of MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting) installations, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in mechanical site execution and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising MEPF installations on-site under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Support in reviewing engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams for smooth site operations.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and documentation.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Report and assist in troubleshooting site-related issues and proposing corrective actions.
• Support timely procurement, inspection, and inventory tracking of materials.
• Participate in client and consultant meetings when required.
• Help maintain proper manpower utilization and ensure tasks are executed efficiently.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience: Fresher or Internship/training in construction/MEP projects is a plus.
• Willingness to work on construction sites
• Basic MS Office and AutoCAD knowledge preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹170,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
