Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Mechanical Engineer with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in Air Conditioning, HVAC, and Product Development.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in testing and validating new Air Conditioner models in a fully automated lab environment.
Support product development activities, including design improvements and performance analysis.
Collaborate and coordinate with international engineers from leading companies.
Collect, document, and report lab test results.
Work on R&D projects exploring innovative solutions for product efficiency, durability, and performance.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and testing standards during lab operations.

Job Requirements

B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics (Freshers only).
Strong interest in Air Conditioning, HVAC, and Product Development.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Quick learner with problem-solving ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with cutting-edge Air Conditioning technologies.
