Additionally, you will develop maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Your role will also involve managing budgets, procurement of materials, and vendor contracts related to mechanical and electrical works. Conducting root cause analysis of equipment failures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing technical reports, and mentoring junior engineers will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 5 to 11 years of experience in mechanical and electrical engineering roles. Proficiency in engineering software, knowledge of safety standards and regulations, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential requirements.
