Mechanical Design Engineer

Design and develop machines and mechanical systems according to project requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

(Machine Like - Conveyors, Pick ad Place automation, Component washing Machine ets)

Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical specifications to determine the best approach for machine design and development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, electrical engineers, and production personnel, to ensure seamless integration of machine systems.

Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings, models, and prototypes of machines and mechanical components.

Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of prototypes to validate design performance and make necessary adjustments.

Provide technical expertise and guidance during the manufacturing and assembly processes to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Perform risk assessments and implement preventive measures to ensure the safety and reliability of machines and mechanical systems.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in machine building technologies, and emerging design methodologies.

Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to select appropriate materials and components for machine construction.

Document and maintain comprehensive design specifications, technical reports, and project documentation

•Requirements:

•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

•Proven experience in machine design and development, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment for 3+ years.

•Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar tools.

•Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, machine components, and materials.

•Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to machine design and safety.

•Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.

•Strong analytical and technical skills, with attention to detail.

•Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.

•Experience with prototype testing and evaluation is highly desirable.

•Knowledge of manufacturing processes and assembly techniques.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
