Job Summary

Reltio MDM Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design & Configuration

• Design, configure, and implement MDM solutions using Reltio, including data models, entities, relationships, attributes, and hierarchies.

Match & Survivorship

• Define and configure matching and merging rules, survivorship logic, and data quality rules to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data.

Integration

• Develop and maintain integrations using

  Reltio APIs

  ,

  Reltio Integration Hub (RIH)

  , and custom solutions (Java, Python).
• Integrate Reltio with upstream systems (ERP, CRM, Data Lakes) and downstream applications.

Data Quality & Governance

• Implement data cleansing, validation, and enrichment processes in alignment with organizational data governance standards.

Development & Customization

• Develop and maintain

  custom JARs

  (Java expertise required).
• Use

  Reltio CLI

  for advanced configuration, automation, and environment management.

Support & Optimization

• Provide production support, troubleshoot and resolve issues, optimize MDM performance, and ensure smooth operations.

Collaboration

• Work closely with business analysts, data stewards, and data product owners.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver iterative, high-quality solutions.

Documentation

• Create and maintain detailed design documents, technical specifications, and process documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years

  of experience in data management with hands-on expertise in

  Reltio MDM

  .
• Strong proficiency in Reltio configuration: Reltio Console, data modeling, match/merge, and survivorship rules.
• Programming knowledge in

  Java or Python

  for custom development and integrations.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (

  AWS, Azure, or GCP

  ) and integration patterns (batch, real-time APIs, event streaming).
• Familiarity with

  ETL tools

  ,

  SQL

  , and

  NoSQL

  databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to operate in an

  Agile

  environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Must have experience in

  Lifesciences/Pharma

  Industry.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Computer Science

  ,

  Information Technology

  Data Engineering

  , or a related field.
