Role Purpose As an Enterprise Sales Associate, your mission will be to identify, connect, and close deals with enterprise clients who can benefit from our AI and automation offerings. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market reach and building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage with potential enterprise clients in relevant industries. Present PranaTree’s AI/automation solutions effectively to decision-makers. Maintain and grow client relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and retention. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless post-sale execution. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities. Regular local travel to meet clients (travel reimbursement provided). Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated and driven by results. Willingness to travel locally for in-person client meetings. Previous sales experience is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to quickly grasp complex technology solutions. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: ₹25,000/month Commission: High-earning potential based on performance.
