Description
Responsible for the country specific domain solutions around the globe, ensuring regulatory compliance, partnering with Operations, Planning and Engineering (P&E), and global platform team to ensure country requirements are delivered in the core platforms, developing, configuring and deploying the edge/country solutions. Essential Functions Lead teams responsible for IT design and maintenance. Provide strategic direction for systems and application enhancements. Lead design projects and provide information to executives. Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in computer science, math or business or related field with emphasis in a quantitative discipline. Minimum Experience Extensive experience in: Systems & data development including design, development, implementation and maintenance of large batch or online transaction-based systems Building global teams Experience In Multi-country regulatory compliance solutions Multi-country clearance & brokerage solutions Global air freight solutions Building platforms Experience in the majority of the following: distributed systems, client server, relational systems, transaction and message systems, embedded systems, imaging and systems management and operation. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities 10+ years senior management experience, strong leadership, human relations and communication skills required. Incumbent may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
