Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans. Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment. Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient's condition. Administer medications and manage IV therapies. Handle emergency situations effectively and efficiently. Communicate with patients and their families regarding care plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records. Assist in conducting diagnostic tests and procedures. Educate patients about health management and wellness. Participate in training and orientation of new staff. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations. Engage in continuous professional development activities. Support the healthcare team in achieving operational goals. Qualifications MBBS or BAMS degree required. Previous experience in an ICU setting preferred. Strong knowledge of critical care practices. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in medical software and technology. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Compassionate and patient-focused attitude. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Knowledge of infection control standards. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle stress and emotional demands of patient care. Commitment to ongoing education and professional development. Valid medical license to practice in India.
