Job Title: Intern / Trainee – Labour Compliance

Role Summary:

Support the Labour Compliance team in statutory compliance, documentation, and advisory work under existing Indian labour laws and upcoming New Labour Codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in compliance under EPF, ESIC, Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, Shops & Establishments Acts, and New Labour Codes (Wage, IR, SS & OSH Codes)
• Support maintenance of statutory registers, returns, and compliance records
• Assist in payroll compliance data (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF)
• Help in audit support, inspection documentation, and compliance trackers

Eligibility:

• MBA (HR) / MSW Labour Law student or fresher
• Basic understanding of Indian labour laws and Labour Codes

Duration:

6 months
