Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with 0 to 6 years of experience to join our team as an MBA Fresher in US International BPO for MNC in JMD Megapolis, Sohna Road. The ideal candidate should have excellent English speaking skills and be available to work night shifts.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead generation and sales calling process.
Handle customer inquiries and provide support through various channels.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and customers.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common objectives.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Freshers or candidates with up to 6 years of experience in sales and marketing or business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficient in using computer software and technology.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Industry: Sales & Marketing / Business Development / Telecaller.
Qualification: M.B.A/PGDM.
