Maximo Developer

Job Description: We are hiring experienced IBM Maximo Technical Developers to work on enterprise-level implementations for our client Everest . The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in Maximo customization, the Maximo Application Suite (MAS), and BIRT/COGNOS report development, with additional exposure to support activities. Roles and Responsibilities: For Developers (3–5 Years of Experience): Customize Maximo applications including MBOs, automation scripts, and application designer components. Design and develop standard and custom BIRT reports. Assist in minor support tasks such as bug fixes and incident resolution. Work with senior developers and business analysts to understand requirements and contribute to solutioning. Participate in unit testing and documentation of developed components. Follow ITIL processes for change and incident management. For Senior Developers (5–8 Years of Experience): Design, develop, and enhance complex Maximo customizations and technical modules. Lead development of BIRT reports; exposure to COGNOS is an added advantage. Develop integrations with external systems using MIF, REST/SOAP APIs, or middleware tools. Conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior developers. Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements and provide technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues. Contribute to deployment and post-deployment support activities. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience in IBM Maximo development and customization. Proficiency in Maximo Application Suite (MAS). Experience with BIRT reporting (COGNOS is a plus). Good understanding of Automation Scripting, Java-based MBO customization, and application configuration. Knowledge of Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) and web services (REST/SOAP). Familiarity with ticket-based support systems and ITIL processes. Show more Show less
