Job Description: Product Engineering - Asset Management Maximo will be part of an agile product engineering and delivery team, building and working on enterprise software platform. We are looking for someone who has experience of working in a fast pace environment and who has handled multiple projects with different deliverable and due date at the same time. Candidate must be able to handle multi-tasking and have strong, clear, and good communication skills. Candidate must be driven and able to independently work with little guidance. Role & Responsibilities- Provide technical leadership throughout the lifecycle of a product engineering and delivery Configure Maximo and assist in the product development of interfaces to external systems Participate in product and solution architecture design. Perform product and solution development to meet project requirements Convert functional requirements into technical and integration specifications Develop and document detailed product technical designs to meet product business requirements Manage multiple technical environments and support the development and testing processes Lead or assist in data conversion and migration efforts Identify areas of automation and optimization and provide solutions that meet the business requirements Conduct Maximo installations and upgrades Mentor and manager product engineering team General Experience And Skills 3+ years of relevant IBM Maximo work experience. Strong Asset Management Application Development and Integration to ERP systems experience like Maximo, SAP and Oracle. Must be an Enterprise Asset Management technical and functional consultant Minimum 2 years previous experience in a technical advisory or consulting role preferably within utility industry documenting functional and technical designs, configuring Enterprise Asset Management applications to support client business processes and associated user stories across the work order life cycle. Implementation, deployment, and working experience with IBM Maximo. Solid understanding of development and programming best practices. Experience in Facilities Management processes, activities, and maintenance related data Ability to work with all levels of an organization• Excellent Oral and written communication skills Ability to work both independently and within a team environment Ability to work in an onsite-offshore project delivery model Business Software- SQL, MS Office Suite, Visio, and MS Project Report Writing Tools- BIRT, Cognos, Crystal Reports, and Business Objects
