Responsibilities:

Understand Existing Systems

• Analyze and understand the current application, including business logic, workflows, and technical constraints.

Code Migration & Compatibility

• Migrate shared/common codebase while ensuring compatibility with the Windows environment.

Design and Solutioning

• Contribute to architectural decisions during development due to the absence of a finalized design.
• Identify migration challenges and propose effective technical solutions.

UI/UX Layer Development

• Design and implement a modern mobile UI/UX layer that aligns with existing business processes.

Problem Solving & Innovation

• Tackle complex development and integration challenges with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate adaptability in dynamic and evolving technical environments.

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Code Quality & Unit Testing

• Own the quality and functionality of your components.
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code reliability (note: QA/testing handled by a separate team).

Technical Leadership
