Job Title: Master Data Management (MDM) Architect

Experience: 10+ years overall, with 5+ years in MDM architecture and solution design

Role Overview:

The MDM Architect will be responsible for defining and implementing the enterprise MDM strategy, architecture, and governance framework. This role involves designing scalable, secure, and high-performing MDM solutions across domains such as Customer, Product, Vendor, and Location data. The architect will work closely with business and IT teams to ensure data consistency, integrity, and quality across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and own the overall MDM architecture, including data models, workflows, integrations, and governance.

Design and implement end-to-end MDM solutions using leading MDM tools (e.g., Informatica MDM, Reltio, SAP MDG, TIBCO EBX, or equivalent).

Develop data integration strategies with source and target systems (ERP, CRM, PLM, DWH, etc.).

Partner with business stakeholders to establish data governance, stewardship, and quality frameworks.

Lead data modeling, entity resolution, hierarchy management, and metadata management efforts.

Establish best practices for data acquisition, cleansing, enrichment, and golden record creation.

Ensure compliance with enterprise security and privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

Provide architectural guidance during MDM implementation, migration, and performance tuning.

Collaborate with enterprise architects and cloud teams to integrate MDM with cloud data platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, Dataflow).

Mentor technical teams on MDM architecture, data quality, and master data lifecycle management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹256,898.79 - ₹1,620,525.65 per year
