Job Description

Massive Mobility is looking to hire a dynamic, high-energy marketing professional with 3+ years of experience in planning and executing BTL marketing activities

Massive Mobility Pvt Ltd is developing next stack of technologies to drive EV adoption faster in India
It is creating a dense network of EV charging infra along with developing innovative tech that make EV ownership more accessible

The Role
You will provide result-oriented advertising and marketing activities designed to meet customer needsTo achieve sustainable business growth through market intelligence, creativity, and strategic vision, and to build an organization that attracts, develops, and retains outstanding people

Responsibilities
Planning & managing the periodically Ground Activation & Promotions

Control events including preparation and performing Events & Exhibitions
Planning and executing all BTL activities Events (roadshows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars), promotions (pamphlets, handbills, brochures) and brand/service placement

Plan and innovate new marketing initiatives regularly to create brand recall and awareness

Responsible for setting up of a strong network of vendors/agencies for various promotional activities planned for the respective regions

Define key guidelines for each project/campaign and check for adherence to the brief

Customer Database ManagementMaintain and update customer data for effective communication and service delivery

Customer Engagement & After-Sales ServiceEnsure excellent customer service through regular follow-ups and support after purchase

Maintaining the relationship with the BTL companies

Mystery Market visits to check and audits (quantitative & qualitative)
RequirementsBachelors degree in business, marketing or MBA in Mass Communication3+ years of working experience in sales, ATL/BTL marketing, in-store communication or similar roleExcellent communication skills(ref:updazz.com)Show more Show less
