Job Description

Prepare and distribute general market updates and marketing materials to Sales teams
Provide market colour and sectoral studies
Conduct research and analysis on market and industry landscapes, and specific client profiles
Generate new trade ideas and support ideation of trade structures for Sales teams
Build pitch books, presentations, and sample models in Excel for Sales
Input and manage data in internal systems as required by Sales
Liaise internally with legal, control rooms, and operations to support pre-trade activities
Back-test performance of new trades and support pricing for various asset classes
Assist with syndication of pre-booking operational requirements
Upload, update, and manage executed trades in internal systems
Prepare indicative term sheets and product documentation for executed trades

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Understanding of financial products (FXO, Rates, Equities, Fixed Income, Commodities)
Strong problem-solving skills
High level of integrity and professionalism
Demonstrated interest in global financial markets

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities

Experience in a financial services support role
Familiarity with operations of a bank
Knowledge of market research tools and techniques
Exposure to pricing vanilla and exotic solutions
Experience with client-facing activities
Advanced Excel or data visualization skills
