About the Role We are seeking a sharp, analytically-minded Marketing Analyst to join Naukri's Marketing Team in a high impact role. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for a recent graduate from a premier engineering institution to work at the intersection of data science and marketing strategy. As our Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming millions of marketing data points generated daily into strategic insights that drive business decisions. This is not a data reporting or MIS roleyou will be expected to dig deep, identify patterns, uncover opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations that directly influence marketing strategy. This is a high-visibility position where you will work directly with the AVP of Marketing and senior leadership team, becoming the go-to expert for all marketing analytics needs across the organization.

What You'll Do Core Responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale marketing data from various digital campaigns spanning performance and brand marketing initiatives
• Build robust analytical frameworks and systems to process and analyze marketing data efficiently
• Extract meaningful insights from complex datasets and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on campaign performance, user behavior, conversion funnels, and marketing ROI
• Work on diverse analytics projects as assigned, with the autonomy to structure your approach and methodology
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, compelling manner
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within marketing data that others might miss
• Collaborate directly with the AVP Marketing and other senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For Must-Have Qualifications

• Fresh Graduate (Class of 2025) from a Tier-1 Engineering College (IIT, NIT, BITS, IIIT, or equivalent)
• Strong foundation in basic statistics including probability distributions, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and statistical inference • Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Data visualization skills with the ability to present data in visually compelling and intuitive formats
• Strong logical reasoning and structured thinking
• Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently on ambiguous problems

Good to Have (Not Required)

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Experience with Python (specifically pandas library) for data analysis
• Familiarity with dashboarding tools like Google Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI
• Prior internship experience in analytics, consulting, or data-driven roles
• No prior marketing experience requiredwe'll teach you the marketing domain
