Role Overview

Marketplace Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Hands-on Marketplace Management

   – Own end-to-end operations across platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.).

2. Listings & Content

   – Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate pricing, images, and descriptions.

3. Advertising (PLAs & Sponsored Ads)

   – Run and optimize Product Listing Ads (PLAs), sponsored campaigns, and ensure strong ROI.

4. Recommendations & Visibility

   – Work with marketplace category managers to drive product recommendations and secure premium placements.

5. Settlements & Reconciliation

   – Track payouts, commissions, returns, and ensure accurate financial settlements.

6. Performance Tracking

   – Monitor sales, ads, stock, and competitor benchmarks; prepare weekly dashboards for management.

7. Execution Oversight

   – Lead execution with Govind as support, assigning tasks and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of major marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with listings, ads (PLAs), and settlement tracking.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; analytical and detail-oriented.
• Strong negotiation and category management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Team leadership skills with accountability mindset.
• Knowledge of quick comm will be a added advantage .

Qualifications

• Graduate/MBA with

  3–6 years of experience

  in marketplace/e-commerce management.
• Proven track record of driving sales and growth on marketplaces.
• Prior experience in

  fashion, jewellery, or consumer brands

  preferred.
