Marketplace & Q-Commerce Manager – Beauty & Personal Care

  • Marketplaces:

     Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Tira, Purplle
  • Q-Commerce Channels:

     Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart

catalog management, ad strategy, and full P&L ownership

Key Responsibilities

Catalog & Listings Management

  • Ensure 100% accurate listings (content, images, keywords, A+ content) across marketplaces & Q-com platforms.
  • Collaborate with content/creative teams for best-in-class brand representation.

Advertising & Campaign Strategy

  • Plan and execute 

    high-ROI ad campaigns

     on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Tira, Purplle.
  • Work with Q-commerce partners on 

    visibility slots, sampling, and in-app promotions

    .
  • Continuously monitor spends, bids, and campaign performance.

Sales & Growth Planning

  • Own sales growth across all platforms with a clear P&L lens.
  • Strategize and execute promotions for mega events (Big Billion Days, Beauty Sales, Q-com brand days, etc.).
  • Analyze sales trends, stock levels, and marketing ROI to maximize performance.

Platform Relationships

  • Build strong connects with 

    category managers & brand reps

     at Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Tira, Purplle.
  • Manage direct relationships with 

    Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart account managers

    .
  • Secure visibility, deals, and co-op campaigns.

Inventory & Operations Coordination

  • Work with supply chain to ensure 

    stock availability and replenishment

     across both marketplaces & Q-com.
  • Align with warehouse/ops for timely dispatch and demand forecasting.

Requirements

  • 3+ years hands-on experience

     managing Amazon, Flipkart + at least one Q-com platform (Zepto/Blinkit/Swiggy Instamart).
  • Proven track record in 

    ads, promotions, keyword strategy, and visibility management

    .
  • Experience in 

    fast-moving consumer brands

     (beauty/personal care preferred).
  • Strong 

    analytical skills

     (Excel/Sheets, data-driven decision making).
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to 

    take full ownership

    .

Bonus:

  • Prior experience in grooming, beauty, or personal care categories.
  • Established network with marketplace & Q-com category managers.
  • Exposure to D2C platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce).
