Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Marketplace Executive located in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
• Handle product listings, pricing, inventory sync, order processing & returns
• Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, deals & visibility initiatives
• Track daily, weekly & monthly performance metrics (sales, ROAS, returns, cancellations)
• Prepare and maintain

  online & offline MIS reports

  (sales, inventory, store data, operations)
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, accounts, retail ops)
• Identify gaps, trends & growth opportunities through data analysis
• Ensure accuracy, consistency & timely reporting across all channels

MIS & Reporting

• Daily sales & inventory MIS (online + offline)
• Marketplace performance dashboards
• Store-level & channel-wise reporting
• Reconciliation support & operational data tracking

Requirements

• 2–4 years

  of experience managing online marketplaces
• Strong hands-on experience with Excel / Google Sheets
• Comfortable handling large datasets & structured reporting
• Understanding of e-commerce operations & retail basics
• Detail-oriented, execution-focused & ownership-driven
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
