Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive growth across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Tata 1MG, Netmeds, and others.
• Oversee complete product listing, catalogue management, and optimization for visibility and sales.
• Implement marketplace best practices, ensuring accurate content and competitive positioning.
• Onboard and manage new marketplace accounts to expand reach and brand presence.
• Plan, execute, and monitor ad campaigns on all platforms to maximise ROI and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal marketing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth order flow and inventory management.
• Track performance metrics, analyze data, and suggest strategies to improve marketplace performance.

Requirements:

• 34 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplace accounts.
• Strong understanding of online retail operations, promotions, and marketplace advertising dashboards.
• Proficiency in Excel and marketplace analytics tools.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and drive business outcomes.
• Based in Mumbai and open to working onsite.
