Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage & mentor a team of B2B sales professionals to meet targets and KPIs. Drive onboarding of Franchise/Channel Partners across regions. Support team in client engagements, negotiations, and deal closures. Monitor performance, provide feedback, coaching, and in-field support. Collaborate with marketing and operations for seamless partner journeys. Train teams in sales process, objection handling, and relationship management. Build lasting partnerships to ensure upsell, retention, and satisfaction. Report pipeline, team performance, and market insights to senior leadership. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Marketplace Executive located in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end operations across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) Handle product listings, pricing, inventory sync, order processing & returns Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, deals & visibility initiatives Track daily, weekly & monthly performance metrics (sales, ROAS, returns, cancellations) Prepare and maintain online & offline MIS reports (sales, inventory, store data, operations) Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, accounts, retail ops) Identify gaps, trends & growth opportunities through data analysis Ensure accuracy, consistency & timely reporting across all channels MIS & Reporting Daily sales & inventory MIS (online + offline) Marketplace performance dashboards Store-level & channel-wise reporting Reconciliation support & operational data tracking Requirements 2–4 years of experience managing online marketplaces Strong hands-on experience with Excel / Google Sheets Comfortable handling large datasets & structured reporting Understanding of e-commerce operations & retail basics Detail-oriented, execution-focused & ownership-driven Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
