Marketing & Website Development Executive

Location: Sector 17, Dwarka, New Delhi

Aim Ladder, a leading study abroad consultancy and test preparation institute, is seeking a dynamic professional to manage our marketing initiatives and lead website development. This is a full-time, onsite position for candidates based in Delhi-NCR with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. 

Key

• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. 
• Lead the creation and delivery of engaging content for web, social media, email, and advertising.
• Manage the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the Aim Ladder website, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and SEO. 
• Analyze metrics and marketing data to improve outreach and lead generation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging.
• Monitor trends, competitors, and industry best practices, adapting strategies as needed.
• Coordinate with external agencies/vendors if required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in marketing AND website development.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media management, SEO, and email campaigns.
• Experience with website management, content management systems (CMS), and basic web development (such as HTML, CSS, WordPress, or similar). 
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to work full-time onsite at Sector 17, Dwarka, New Delhi.
