As a Senior Manager in the Marketing Transformation vertical, you will play a key role in enhancing business performance through strategic planning and implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Strong project management skills to successfully plan, execute, and deliver content initiatives, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources. - Analytical and data-driven mindset to make result-oriented decisions. - Consulting & Advisory services including market research, competitor benchmarking, and patient journey mapping. - Developing end-to-end digital marketing strategies and campaigns, including content marketing, social media, and web engagement programs. - Leading platform assessment and solution design for marketing technologies like Adobe, Salesforce, and Veeva. - Keeping up to date with the latest AI developments in the Life Science industry and implementing GenAI use cases. - Generating new business engagements and driving RFP/RFI responses from Life Science customers. - Contributing to practice development by supporting growth across marketing, sales, and service pillars, collaborating with key stakeholders, and leading and motivating diverse teams. Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of experience in roles across the marketing value chain, preferably in the life sciences or allied industries. - Expertise in digital marketing, including branding, creative development, campaign deployment, and optimization. - Hands-on experience with marketing technology tools such as Adobe campaign, Marketo, Google Marketing Platform, etc. - Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and guide talented consultants and technologists. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
