Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Founding Marketing Strategist at Stealth Startup. The Founding Marketing Strategist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, communicating effectively, and conducting research on industry trends.

The Role

As our Founding Marketing Strategist, you’ll be the driving force behind our client acquisition, brand positioning, and campaign excellence. This isn’t just a job — it’s a chance to own part of a fast-growing agency and shape its future.

• Craft innovative, high-impact marketing strategies for luxury clients.
• Build and lead a world-class marketing team over time.
• Drive client acquisition through creative outreach, partnerships, and digital campaigns.
• Oversee brand storytelling, PR, influencer, and digital strategies for high-ticket accounts.
• Work directly with the founder to scale revenue and expand into international markets.
