Marketing Staff

As a Business Development Executive in the fasteners industry, your role involves generating new business leads and managing existing customer relationships. You will be responsible for promoting the company's fastener products (bolts, nuts, screws, anchors, etc.) to OEMs, distributors, and industrial clients. Your key responsibilities include: - Telecalling to reach out to potential customers - Achieving sales and marketing targets through regular customer visits, calls, and follow-ups - Coordinating with internal teams for quotations, technical clarifications, and order processing - Maintaining a customer database and submitting periodic sales/marketing reports to management Key Skills required for this role include: - Strong knowledge of industrial fasteners and applications - B2B marketing and negotiation skills - Good communication and presentation abilities - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Ability to travel extensively for business development Qualifications: - Graduate /HSC/ Marketing - Fasteners Industrial Experience Additionally, the company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, leave encashment, and paid sick time.
