Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Staff based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to promote hospital services, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, and engaging with customers to understand their needs. Additional responsibilities may include building and maintaining customer relationships and working with internal teams to meet marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy
• Experience or skills in Sales and relationship management
• Detail-oriented, with organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the healthcare or hospital sector is an advantage
