Marketing Staff

As a Marketing Head at Perfect Group, located at the Corporate Office in Pathanapuram, you will play a pivotal role in leading the marketing department to enhance brand visibility, engage dealers effectively, and drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing B2B and B2C marketing plans for IT products, services & solutions. - Leading a team of marketing executives and collaborating with branch managers. - Creating and monitoring digital and offline campaigns, offers, and promotions. - Managing dealer communications, product launches, and exhibitions. - Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. - Overseeing content creation, branding, and social media performance. - Reporting marketing KPIs and insights directly to the CEO. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Proven experience as a Marketing Manager/Head. - Strong leadership and project management skills. - Deep knowledge of IT product market trends. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools & CRM software. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Fluency in English and Malayalam. Qualifications required: - Bachelors/Masters in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
