Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as Marketing Staff at our facility in Adoor. The responsibilities include meeting Contractors, Builders to promote our ready mix Concrete and provide excellent customer service. The Marketing Staff will also collaborate with team members to achieve company goals. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy development to identify opportunities and create impactful campaigns Experience in Sales to generate new business and meet sales targets Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment A proactive mindset and problem-solving skills Prior experience in the glass, ceramics, or concrete industry is a plus Degree or diploma in Civil engineering.
