You will be responsible for field marketing and customer acquisition of blue metal and sand products. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and reaching out to potential customers like contractors, builders, and infrastructure companies. - Promoting the company's products such as M-Sand, T-Sand, and Blue Metal in various sizes. - Managing existing client relationships to generate repeat business. - Conducting field visits, product demonstrations, and customer meetings. - Coordinating with production and transport teams for smooth delivery. - Achieving monthly sales targets and preparing regular sales reports. - Monitoring market trends and competitor activities. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Education: Any degree or diploma (Marketing/Sales background preferred). - Experience: 1-3 years in marketing or sales, preferably in construction materials or logistics. - Language: Proficiency in Tamil (mandatory), basic English. - Must have a two-wheeler with a valid license for field travel.
