Marketing Staff

As a Business Development Executive in the fasteners industry, your primary role will be to generate new business leads and nurture existing customer relationships. You will be responsible for promoting the company's range of fastener products such as bolts, nuts, screws, anchors, etc. to OEMs, distributors, and industrial clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting telecalling activities to reach out to potential customers - Achieving sales and marketing targets through regular customer visits, calls, and follow-ups - Coordinating with internal teams for quotations, technical clarifications, and order processing - Maintaining a comprehensive customer database and submitting periodic sales/marketing reports to the management To excel in this role, you should possess the following key skills: - Strong knowledge of industrial fasteners and their applications - Proficiency in B2B marketing and negotiation - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Willingness to travel extensively for business development purposes Qualifications required for this position include: - Graduation or HSC qualification, preferably in Marketing - Prior experience in the fasteners industry would be advantageous In addition to the job specifics, the company offers the following benefits: - Cell phone reimbursement - Leave encashment - Paid sick time This is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
