Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to handle both our online and offline marketing efforts. The role is hybrid, based out of Panjim, Goa

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Google)
• Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories) using Canva
• Respond to messages, reviews & build customer engagement
• Plan & execute local offline promotions, events, and collaborations
• Monitor analytics and suggest strategies to improve visibility & footfall
• Brainstorm business growth ideas and loyalty initiatives
• Maintain consistent brand voice across all platforms

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing or social media management
• Basic Canva & reel editing skills are a must
• Strong communication and creative thinking
• Experience in food & beverage or hospitality is a bonus
