We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with experience in executing high-converting digital campaigns, specifically for the real estate sector. You will play a crucial role in generating quality leads for residential/commercial properties through paid marketing channels like Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•    Plan, execute, and optimise lead generation campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms.

•    Create and manage ad campaigns focused on location-based targeting and buyer intent.

• Optimise cost-per-lead (CPL), ROAS, and other key performance metrics.

•    Work with the creative/content team to develop compelling ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.

•    Monitor daily campaign performance and troubleshoot underperforming campaigns.

•    Track leads and conversions, and coordinate with sales teams for lead feedback and refinement.

•    Conduct keyword and competitor research specific to real estate projects.

•    Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

·        Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

·        Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.

·        Prior experience in a real estate marketing agency or developer firm.

·        6 Months-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (preferably in real estate or lead-gen industries)

• Expertise in Google Ads (Search & Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and UTM tracking.

• Understanding of property buyer personas and behaviour.

• Basic knowledge of landing page tools (WordPress, Unbounce, etc.).

• Experience with lead management via Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
