Marketing Specialist

Plutus is a hyper-casual arcade with game rooms, live leaderboards, and lightweight prediction markets. We build fast, test in public, and iterate weekly. We're backed by a16z games and Konvoy ventures.

We're bringing on a marketer whose preferably previously worked on Real Money Gaming Applications and run campaigns across regions.

What you will work on:

-

-Launch and scale campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google UAC to a CPI target; design A/B tests.

-Spin up creator UGC with micro-influencers; brief, script, and track performance.

-Run Quora/Reddit organic programs (answer ops, promoted answers calendar, topic mapping).

-Creatives, Copy & Store

-Write ad copy (primary text, headlines, descriptions), static/video briefs, and iterate on winners.

-Own App Store/Play Store copy, screenshots order, and experiments.

-Build push/CRM copy banks (streak savers, 3× reward windows, spin ready, room codes).

-Community & Partnerships

-Operate our Discord: daily room drops, weekly tournaments, recap posts.

-Source campus clubs and small creators for playtests; run referral and review drives.

-Analytics & Reporting

-Weekly dashboards for installs, CPI, CTR, CVR, D1/D7, session length, retention by channel.

-Turn insights into next-week actions; maintain a running growth backlog.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in performance or growth at a gaming/consumer app.
• Hands-on with Meta/TikTok/Google Ads, plus, AppsFlyer/Branch, and Sheets.
• Strong short-form copywriting; basic video editing for UGC trims is a plus.
• Comfort working fast, shipping experiments weekly, and owning outcomes.
