Our mission is to help organizations get the most out of the cloud with no disruptions to their workflows. Role Description This is a contract-to-hire remote role for a Snowflake Data Engineer. The Snowflake Data Engineer will design, implement, and optimize data workflows and pipelines to handle large-scale data processing. They will focus on developing efficient data models, managing data warehousing solutions, and improving Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes. The engineer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data analytics capabilities meet business needs and support decision-making processes. Regular maintenance of Snowflake environments and continuous optimization of performance will be key responsibilities. Qualifications Proficiency in Data Engineering, including building and managing complex data systems and pipelines Experience in Data Modeling to design and optimize database structures for analytics and operations Strong expertise in Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and working with big datasets Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts and hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar platforms Familiarity with Data Analytics tools and techniques to support data-driven decision-making Ability to work in a remote environment with effective communication and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus Knowledge of programming languages, such as SQL, Python, or Java, is highly desirable
