To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing user interfaces on Figma. You should also have a strong proficiency in Figma, including creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs. A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for creating intuitive, engaging, and accessible user experiences is essential. Experience working in agile development teams, collaborating with product managers and engineers, and the ability to think creatively and critically to solve complex design problems while maintaining a focus on user needs are also key requirements for this role. Strong communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders are important. It would be a plus if you have experience with design systems, component libraries, and design handoff tools. A passion for the gaming and prediction markets space, as well as an understanding of the needs and behaviors of users in this domain, would also be beneficial.
