Roles & Responsibilities:

1)Design and implement strategic marketing plans for the promotion of new products 

at trade fairs, exhibitions, and other relevant industry events to maximize visibility 

and engagement 

2)Digital & Social Media Campaigning 

3)Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all organizational levels 

4)Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to successful order closure 

5)Tracking the customer requirement and close the order in time 

6)Monitor service delivery timelines and maintain standards for repeat orders 

7)Handle and resolve critical issues with customer-first approach 

8)Team Development for customer support 

9)Identify new Business opportunities for expansion & alliances 

10)Coordination between departments for timely execution. 

11)Customer relationship management at all levels and functions  

12)Intimate knowledge of customer expansion or procurement plans 

13)Sales process management (Timely billing, payment realization, BG etc) 

14)Profitable closure of all orders. 

15)Market& Competitors tracking. 

16)New Business Development. 

Requirements and Skills:

1)Pleasant personality 

2)Sales experience in a manufacturing co. 

3)Strong communication skills. 

4)Good knowledge of commercial terms. 

5)Candidates with experience in oil and gas industry will be preferred.
