Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, enhancing customer service, and driving sales initiatives. Daily tasks include creating marketing plans, executing market research, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with the sales team to meet targets. The role also involves engaging with prospects, exchanging contacts, and showcasing products and services at the expo. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing the outsourced agencies and ensuring the delivery of the marketing objectives through them. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficient in market research and marketing strategy development Experience in sales and driving marketing initiatives Strong project management and organizational skills Ability to work effectively with a team and independently Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Experience in the education industry is a plus Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software is beneficial Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing Show more Show less
