Marketing Specialist

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a result-driven Marketing Specialist to support and execute marketing initiatives that promote our industrial communication products and enhance our brand presence within global and regional markets. The ideal candidate will combine technical aptitude with marketing expertise to create and implement marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience, industrial buyers, and system integrators.

Preferred candidate profile

• Work closely with sales to align marketing activities with business objectives.
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all materials and channels.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to translate technical features into customer benefits.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, business needs and competitive positioning.
• Monitor industry developments and emerging technologies to inform strategy.
• Create, possess, and oversee email and various customer engagement initiatives to assist in qualifying leads.
• Develop targeted lead generation strategies to generate qualified prospects.
• Ensure execution and implementation of long and short-term marketing strategies.
• Prepare reports and help maintain our customer database and list segmentation.
• Communicate with the team to identify and address marketing needs and opportunities.
• Develop and present reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Seek approval from others on matters outside of job / role scope.
• Assume responsibility for and oversee various content marketing processes and initiatives.
