About the Role

As a Marketing & Sales Intern, you will work closely with the Growth team to support both 

go-to-market strategy and outbound sales execution. This role is ideal for someone who 

wants to understand how marketing fuels sales, how leads are generated and converted, 

and how AI is reshaping growth teams. 

You’ll gain exposure to lead generation, outreach campaigns, content-driven sales, and 

CRM operations, while working directly with founders and sales leaders. 

What You’ll Do

Marketing & Growth 

● Research nonprofits, CSR teams, and foundations aligned with our Ideal Customer 

Profile (ICP). 

● Support lead generation through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and marketing 

databases. 

● Assist in crafting outreach messaging, pitch decks, and basic marketing content. 

● Analyze response rates and share insights to improve campaigns. 

● Help experiment with AI tools for outreach, personalization, and growth automation. 

Sales & Outreach

● Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone under guidance. 

● Qualify inbound and outbound leads and assist in scheduling discovery calls. 

● Maintain and update CRM records with accurate notes and follow-ups. 

● Observe sales calls and learn consultative selling and fundraising conversations. 

● Collaborate with the sales team to improve targeting and follow-up strategies. 

What We’re Looking For

● Students, freshers, or recent graduates interested in marketing, sales, growth, or 

startups. 

● Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

● Curiosity, ownership, and comfort in a target-driven environment. 

● Willingness to experiment, learn fast, and work with modern growth tools. 

● Bonus: Interest in nonprofits, CSR, or social impact.
