Position: Marketing & Product Research Associate Location: Indore Working Mode: On Site Preferred: Open to all (Male/Female) Job Summary: We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented graduate with a strong interest in financial markets, wealth management, and investment products to join our Marketing & Product Research team. Ideal for MBA (Finance/Marketing) freshers or those with up to 1 year of experience who are comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, professional email writing, and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities  Research financial services and investment products; synthesize market intelligence.  Collect, analyze, and interpret market/financial data to support decisions.  Create presentations, product notes, and reports for internal and client use.  Conduct competitor benchmarking and identify market trends/opportunities.  Build and maintain Excel-based analyses, MIS reports, and dashboards.  Support marketing campaigns, product promotions, and client communication.  Draft/refresh marketing collaterals (decks, one-pagers, emailers).  Attend product webinars/VCs, prepare crisp notes, and share learnings for team training. Required Skills & Qualifications  MBA (Finance / Marketing) – Fresher(Graduation Completed).  1 yr experience in same domain is a plus  Basic understanding of financial market and stock market concepts.  Strong verbal & written communication in English & Hindi (professional email etiquette).  Proficiency in MS Excel (data handling, formatting, and analysis).  Having communication skills to convey complex financial concepts clearly to both internal stakeholders and clients.  Experience in presenting findings to clients, investment committees, or senior executives.  Ability to build and maintain relationships with advisors, portfolio managers, and clients.  High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to work in teams.  Eagerness to learn and grow in the financial services industry.
