Position: Operation Executive Duration: Permanent Salary: 18k-20 K(Depends on Interview Performance) Location: Indore Industry: Broking/Mutual Fund Industry Only Preferred: Female Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operation Executive with 2–3 years of experience in back-office operations, preferably in the financial services or broking industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of operational processes, client servicing, and data management, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This role offers an excellent opportunity to take ownership of key operational functions and contribute to process improvements within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day back-office operations including client onboarding, KYC verification, and transaction processing. Manage client queries (online/offline) and provide prompt resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs, and internal teams for account-related requests and issue resolution. Process financial/non-financial transactions through platforms like MFU, Investwell, VOLT Money, etc. Prepare, maintain, and update daily MIS reports, data records, and portfolio management files. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and audit requirements. Collaborate with the sales/relationship team to support SIP calling, investment tracking, and client servicing. Monitor and improve operational workflows for better efficiency and accuracy. Assist in team coordination and support management in reporting and process implementation. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Graduation completed (Commerce background preferred). Must have 2-3 yrs of Experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
